The NBA Draft took place in New York last week. Karl-Anthony Towns was the first of the newly minted millionaires selected as he gets to play for the Minnesota Timberwolves. I watched very little college basketball last year, so I have no idea who the hell most of these guys are or how good they'll be. Guess that puts me in the same boat with every other draft "expert." It's all a crap shoot. Athletic ability is one thing. Having the mental capacity to learn from growing pains, survive a long season and avoid the pratfalls of being a pro athlete with money is another. Thursday night in New York could've been the career high point for a few of these guys (*cough* Frank Kaminsky *cough*).
Speaking of New York and the NBA, the Knicks drafted an unknown, European player with the fourth pick. Their fans responded as you'd expect them to. Being a lifelong Bulls fan, the misery of the Knicks and Carmelo Anthony never ceases to delight. Anthony could've been a Bull last summer but he likes losing, I guess. Or maybe he just likes keeping his wifey La La happy home in NY. With natural tits as suckable as hers, wouldn't you? The former MTV VJ made her nude debut on Saturday's episode of Power and let's just say if there was ever a great boobs draft, La La would go number one!
